CCK Annex

The CCK Annex is a 12-floor, 3-block commercial office complex designed to provide flexible and efficient workspace for government and corporate tenants. With a project sum of KSh 800M, the development combines modern architectural design, durability, and functionality to meet the demands of a fast-growing sector in Nairobi’s business district.

Completed in 2017, the project was executed under SPV/Core Constructions Ltd, with Site Systems Ltd playing a critical role in delivery as part of the project team. Its location and quality standards have made it a landmark addition to Nairobi’s commercial landscape.
