A 12-floor office block completed in 2015, with architectural design by Jawkim Architects and quantity surveying by Getso Consultants. Valued at KShs. 762M, Site Systems Ltd served as the Builders Works Sub-Contractor under main contractor Tulsi Construction Ltd.
Construction of 18 modern classrooms, a computer laboratory, and an office block across Kericho, Nyamira, and Kisii Counties, including a maternity and newborn unit at Kapkatet District Hospital. Supervised by Sansora for Wemyss Trust Foundation (drawings by Arch. Shamla Farnades). Completed in December 2019—five months ahead of schedule—at a project value of KShs. 156.5M.

Kericho, Nyamira & Kisii

Delivered in partnership with development donors, this project involved constructing 18 fully equipped modern classrooms and a computer laboratory across three counties. These institutions are now a foundation for digital learning and future-ready education.
